Hi,
There are a number of cafes along Jimbaran beach which serve seafood. Price is not too expensive, and the food is good.
For water activity, you can try to go to Benoa or Sanur. Or if you want to just walk around, try to go to Ubud and check out the small traditional stores there. You can also go to Lovina to see dolphin.

my recommendation :
groceries = circle k, matahari kuta (anywhere in bali, the price is ok)
gift = such as : sandal, statue, clothes, nickles, bracelets,
sukowati is the best
Eating place in Bali:
1. Warung Nasi "Wardhani" - Denpasar
2. Restaurant "Kudeta" at Oberoi, Kuta ( very beautiful sunset )
3. Piglet "Ibu Oka" at Ubud
4. Black Canyon at Kuta
5. Warung Made, Kuta

Sight seeing:
1. Sunset at tanah lot ( again - romantic)
2. Saraswati Market
3. Kintamani hill
4. Dolphin at Louvina
5. Uluwatu - Kecak Dance

I suggest you rent a car with driver to bring you around.
