I was there , its a beautiful country, it has very nice friendly people, food was great(use your head though) avoid unbottled water,get your jabs if your going to island hop etc..great weather..extremely cheap compared to western countries. I would prefer the more rural parts than the cities. Loads to do and see. Very talanted people there too... they use the rupai for currency(spelling wrong im sure) try the loacal tobacco (Garram) tastes like cloves!!!! heres a link for more geographical info https://www.cia.gov/cia/publications/fac...

Beautiful Islands.
I lived there for two years and I'm going back. It is not as easy place to like in many ways. The cities are pretty dirty and the poverty can be disturbing but there are also lots of positives. The people are cool and if you have money life is easy.
It is also an amazingly diverse place with loads of different cultures and places to see and visit.
rich country with plenty of natural resources but lack of good human resources.
