Travel Tips
Yes, you can bring electrical items to Indonesia.

But Rice Cooker. I would NOT do that.

Not because of the regulation or whatever, but it's quite big and I cant imagine how huge is your luggage would be if you bring all stuffs like this.
To tell you the truth you can buy new Rice Cooker, when you are here in Indonesia. It's a lot cheaper and practical. Promise!!!

Yes, bring a voltage coverter, they use 220.
definitely. we use 220V.
yes and no. it all depends on the pluggin of your electrical item

i know i always need to bring converter for my electrical item to Indonesia due to differ pluggin and such

no as in, why bother bringin rice cooker? there the rice cooker is cheap and you wont have problem with pluggin AND less problem for packing ^_^
experience
You cam bring almost anything to indonesia.
HI,
bringing rice cooker?? you are wasting your baggage allowance.
if you plan to have a long stay in Indonesia, the only electrical item I can think of is laptop, other than that, just buy in Indonesia.
Which city will you be in? If you gonna stay in city then my asnwer is applicable....unless you work with oil company / mining company and reside in remote area....
