-Tanah Lot: go hunting for handicraft and artwork, watch a dance (like Tari Kecak or Tari Bali), walk in the forest and take pictures with little monkeys climbing on your back (believe me, it's a lot more fun than it sounds...get a tour guide), and watch the sunset (TL has the most beautiful sunset)

-Jimbaran: fresh grilled seafood by the shore. captivating view of the sun coming down. a great experience for those who love stargazing

-Uluwatu: heaven for surfers and water sports aficionados

-Kuta: chill at one of the five-star hotels and let street peddlers braid your hair and give you manicures and pedicures.

If you're into spiritual tourism (e.g. visiting temples and other "sacred" sites), follow everything your tour guide says. For example, if you've been warned "no menstruating women in the temple" then do not enter the temple if that's your time of the month, because supernatural consequences do take place after that (btw please note I'm not Hindu or Buddhist).
