What clothes should i pack for Ibiza?

To be honest it depends on what part of Ibiza you are going to and what you plan on doing and who you are with.
swim wear would be a start then key items that you can mix and match so say a denim skirt as anything goes with denim
Trousers in-case the weather is bad. Trainers and flip flops.
I colour co-ordinate my holiday clothes before as there in no point if you are going to take your fave orange, pink and yellow Tops if you skirts are browns and blue.
If you use neutral colours for skirts/trousers brown white black beige denim them most tops will mix and match and a few beads and nice earrings can jazz up something for an evening.
Be minimalistic and practical as usually you live in you swim wear and what is comfortable in the case that you do over indulge on alcohol and food a nice kaftan covers up your sins if you know what I mean. Too much in your case can crease thing and the last ting you want to be doing is ironing ( Cloths ) while on holiday. Fly out in the heavier items ie Jeans and trainers

LOTS of bikinis. As few clothes as possible - I guess.

Cloth ones are usually best as when I went my latex ones really chafed.
