Palma is a beautiful city, and has many touristic possibilities. However, it is provincial, and very low key in the off season. In summer, it's a spectacular place to be, but don't look for too many cultural activities in Fall, Winter, Spring. Also, the locals are very couple and family-oriented, so it is not easy to make friends or count on people to hang out with on a regular basis. The best cities to live in all year round are Barcelona, Madrid and Sevilla. Others I don't know about living there, but vacationing there is awesome! Hello, I love Mallorca and have been there many times. One of the BEST places to go in Mallorca is Cala D'or and one of the WORST is Palma. Need more details to answer your question in more detail!
