Travel Tips first of all i wouldn't bring into the states food from any other country as it is prohibited. you didn't mention your religion but one should bring back lots of souvenirs, if you are christian then u can bring back christian merchandise and if u r Jewish then u can bring back to the states judaica goodies. the dead sea minerals and creams are an excellent products to bring back. there are also world renowned artists in Israel, u can bring back there art, also stunning crafts and hand made Israeli jewelery Others dead sea beauty products Dried fruits and Herbs, Israeli music, Dead sea mud, There are allot of different chocolate tastes (my husband loves the white chocolate with cookies or the one with popping candy) and of course "Bamba" (you'll c when your there :-) an assault rifle something from Jerusalem and from the dead sea In Jerusalem they sell these little tiles with Hewbrew written on them, or little plates with distinct Israeli patterns on them. It is not knicknacks and makes a nice display and is small enough to carry around. I bought some for my mom when I was there, and I am still regretting that I do not have any of my own. And dead sea mud products are good. One of the other answers said Bamba (it is a snack product, in peanut flavour) - I love it as well. You have to try it... Been there, done that. |
