What kind of vacinations do I need to go from Canada to Israel? |

Also, meningitis is a good vaccine in general, not connected to Israel. There are no required vaccines to come to Israel, and no dangerous diseases that you need to worry about that doesn't exist in Canada as well. Furthermore, Israel has embraced western medicine, and Israeli doctors are well qualified. You can drink tap water, just be warned that the chemical/mineral make-up is somewhat different from that of Canada, so your digestive track may take some time to adjust. It would be easier to stick to bottled water, but the water in Israel is perfectly safe for consumption. I dont think you need any special vaccination unless your doc recommend you. If you ask me as a citizen here I would recommend you to consume mineral water if you get to Tel Aviv and it's area.
