Travel Tips
Hi,

nobody here will send you an invitation. You have to look online for recruitment agencies with suitable job offers for your profession. I wanted to provide you with some, but could not find any. But - maybe someone here can provided you with some sites. Look online for some Israeli daily papers/classifieds. If you should be lucky to land a job then you have to go through the following:

A foreign national who wishes to work in Israel must obtain a work permit and an appropriate visa. Israeli law generally provides for only one type of work status relating to the employment of foreign nationals: the B-1 visa. The B 鈥? category includes blue-collar workers, foreign experts, academic staff and the like. The Internal Ministry's regulations may change without prior notice, therefore it is always recommended to check current regulations before proceeding with other relocation efforts.

The General Process
The B-1 procedure includes four separate bureaucratic steps:
(1) Submission of a work permit request to the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Labor;
(2) Filing of a subsequent visa application to the Ministry of the Interior;
(3) Issuance of a short term B1 visa at the relevant Israeli consular post abroad, prior to the entry into Israel;
(4) (where requiered): Extending the B1 visa at the Ministry of the Interior upon arrival to Israel + obtaining a multiple entry visa for the duration of the B-1 visa. This latter step should be completed within 30 days from the date of arrival to Israel, and prior to any expected departure from Israel..
Salary and Recruitment Requirements

Under new regulations, the expatriate's salary must be at least double the average salary in Israel (currently the average wage is approx. $1920,000 USD per year) The employer or sponsor must also provide a statement describing efforts made to recruit an Israeli professional for the position offered to the foreign professional; further, the employer or sponsor must undertake that the foreign expatriate will train Israeli employees to do the job that is within his/her expertise.

Local recruitment efforts criteria, often plays a critical role in the ultimate success of the work permit request. Recruitment efforts include placing classified ads in daily newspapers and industry media, and submitting recruitment applications to the Employment Service and to private personnel agencies.

Israeli Corporate Documents Required for Work Permit:

The sponsoring Israeli employer must present the following documents:
a. Articles of Incorporation;
b. Proof of tax payments (National Insurance);
c. Proposed contract of employment, that includes, among other issues salary and benefits of the foreign employee in Israel;
d. If foreign employee will continue to receive any salary from abroad, provide the amount and full contract;
e. Sponsor's affirmations regarding the terms and conditions of the employment.
f. Accountant declaration regarding the Israeli sponsor's financial stability.
g. Proof of bona fide local recruitment efforts

Employee and Family Documents

a. Full resume and diplomas of the applicant.
b. If the employee does not possess a degree, present a legalized High School Diploma with a legalized letter from employer attesting his/her experience;
c. Copy of the employee's and each family members' full passports;
d. Completed application forms

General Processing Times

Processing times for B-1 work requests currently range from 4-8 weeks.

Once the work permit application is signed by the Israeli company and filed with the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Labor, processing of the application by the Ministry will take normally up to 45 days.

Validity of the Work Visa

If approved, the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Labor will grant a recommendation to issue a valid B1 visa. Recommendations for visas are normally valid for renewable periods of up to one year each, with the limit of up to 5 years in total..

Documents Required to Apply for a Work Visa

With the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Labor recommendation in hand, the employer must apply to the Ministry of the Interior which will issue a notice to the relevant Israeli consular post abroad, to process a 30 day B-1 work visa in the foreign national's passport. Processing times for this visa currently range from 2-4 weeks at the Ministry of Interior.

Required documentation for the consular processing also includes:
1. Application form.
2. Passport (valid for a minimum of 18 months), containing at least two, blank visa pages.
3. If applicant is residing in a country other than his/her country of citizenship, the applicant must provide proof of legal authorization to reside in the country of residence. The applicant should also present a work or residence visa stamp valid for at least six months from the date the visa application is filed.
4. Three passport-style photographs.
5. Applicable fee (if not paid at the Ministry of Interior).
6. Evidence that health/medical insurance (in some countries).

The Israeli Consulate in Rabat was closed, and the Moroccan representative in Israel was recalled in 2003.

Take care
Others
I am not full hebrew but i do carry it it. To be honest right now wouldn't be a good idea to go there. They really arent to fond of Americans. Why, I don't know. Probably the same reason why everyone else hates us. They say we are lazy. Right now with them in war as we are too, You could go there and never come back because your life was taken because you are American. i want to go to Isreal. But I'm not going to risk my life over it.
Consulate or an embassy, but probably outside of Morocco. Try one of the European countries.
Once you are in Israel, I think you may check with local goldsmiths (a lot of them are from Morocco)
