If you were to immigrate to israel and bring 1 million dollars, where would you invest it? |

I would invest it just as I would if I were living in the US. However, that you would move to Israel suggests to me that you would have some loyalty to the country, so therefore, I would recommend investing in Israeli hi-tech. i would expect a security company with staff cherry picked from mossad and ex armed forces,to be in demand,also opening many doors to the upper echelons,good luck whatever u may choose to do. you can give it to me and i will make sure you are getting a good returns out of it. Real estate - especially in gush Dan. You can rent a flat in Tel-Aviv for a lot of money. I think the clever answer would be real estate... buy (cheap) apartments do some reforms on them and rent them out, whenever you see, that you can achieve a good deal by selling an object - sell it and with the money you will you can start buying more... I still do this here in Spain (I didn麓t have 1million $, I had a lot less... but even how with my small investment I have bought and sold with profit many apartments and now I don麓t have to care so much about what will happen tomorrow...) On the other hand I麓m a dreamer and I would love to invest in tourism business... actually I live in a very touristic place but there is too much competition and well, if you want to move something you should be able to have a big agency with lots of money behind and so... I think, that Israel always has been one of the most important places to visit and very important for the world wide tourism sector. Why not trying to build up an Incoming agency??? Of course, real estate has less risks....... |
