Others morocco Morocco...getting a flight is easy...as going anywhere..you should have idea where you are going, especially if you don't speak the language...you can take train or bus to go just about anywhere in Morocco.. there is many places to see there... I love it there... everything cost, but really i don't think it was that bad,, hotels can get pretty expensive A) Israel- "the Holy Land"- enough said B) Israel- direct flights from most major American airports C) Israel- I've heard that Morocco is a pretty conservative place. Many Israelis are very liberal, open-minded and won't impose their ways on anyone else. D) Morocco- Israel is probably more expensive; but everyone in Israel speaks English and the country is compact enough that transportation should never be an issue I'm an Israeli woman, and have been told by much of morocco by Israeli's who went there. Most of the place is desert, poverty everywhere, but basically it depends on what you want to see and explore. The previous answer gave you some good info regarding your questions, hence, I will add some from my website, where you can find info about morocco as well....... ------------------ Israel, land of the Bible and the historic homeland of the Jewish people, only 290 miles (470 km.) in length from north to south , bordered by Lebanon in the north, Syria to the northeast, Jordan to the east, Egypt to the southwest and the Mediterranean Sea to the west. So small in size, Israel encompasses the varied topographical features and climates of a continent. In the north, the forested highlands of Galilee merge with fertile green valleys, sand dunes and farmland mark the coastal plain bordering the Mediterranean shoreline. The rocky peaks of the Samarian and Judean mountain ranges in the center of the country descend sharply to the semi-tropical Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea, the lowest place on earth. Mountainous deserts, stretching southward through the Negev and Arava, end at the Gulf of Eilat, the northernmost tip of the Red Sea.................. http://www.cuisinemiddleast.com/israel.h... http://www.inmamaskitchen.com/food_is_ar... i would visit israel because A. there are a variety of historical sites there, roman ruins, early christian and muslim sites, amphitheatres, etc. B. It is easy to get there from america, it takes about twelve hours from CA, maybe seven from new york. C. It is fine to go alone, you'll be safe, theres not much crime there D. It is really easy to get around the country, since its so small, you can drive from jerusalem to tel aviv in under half an hour, and everything is really close together, also there are taxis/ buses to take if u dont wanna rent a car. also israel is overall a really fun place, and unlike morroco, everyone speaks english practically, so you wont have trouble being understood. |
