Vacation in tel aviv (israel)?

i was thinking to go this summer on a vacation in tlv, but i want to stay longer, say 3 weeks or a month. so i thaught it would be more of an advantage to rent o flat rather then a hotel room. anyone can tell me the approximate cost per month of a flat there?

prices of rentals in israel are`at a peak, no one is going to rent you an apt for a short period of time, at the going rate of about $500-$1000 a month for an average place,short term places in the summer are very expensive.many short term places are rented out on a daily/weekly rate.they range for atleast $50 a day (if u r lucky).also one other thing you have to take into account when renting is you need to give the land lord a deposit and they require some sort of guaranty from you and if you are a foreigner it might be for your disadvantage
the sooner you know your dates and book the cheaper the accommodation will be.

its in hebrew, but if you dont read hebrew worth while to ask someone who does , it has very good prices for short term rentals, all over israel.its mainly appts from people who are wanting to rent there places while they themselves are going on vacation.

I am assuming that you'll want to stay somewhere north of Neve Tzedek (or in Neve Tzedek). With that in mind, flats typically start at $800-$1000 a month. Although I have some friends who live in rooftop studios for less (these apartments are typically about 20sq m/200 sq f- maybe a little more----but they usually come with rooftop terraces that are great for parties/social gatherings/dining under the night sky).
You can get a room in one of the local Kibbutzim (communities) for much much cheaper price. Some of the will be happy to accomodate you. You should find out.

Tel Aviv - expensive

Go further north - maybe Naharia, or Haifa.
about 500 $ if you dont need a luxurious one. the prices are about the same in the country. so doesnot matter where you will stay.
