What is the area code for Israel from the USA? |
Travel Info I can't get through. Does someone here calls there often and knows how I can do it? Travel Tips 011 on most service providers' frames for international dial. then country code 972 then city code __ then number. if 011 doesnt work just get operator and ask for intnl. dialing format.I don't mean to sound ignorant, but the area code doesn't change whether you are in the USA or Canada or Mexico or anywere else for that matter. Israel's area code is the same no matter where you are. All that said....I dunno! :) if you are dialing israel from the usa the codes are as follows 011-international code 972-code for israel local area code in israel (with out the zero) for example if you are trying to dial a house number in israel the city codes are either 02 - 03 - 08- 09 - and then a 7 digit number so you would dial 011.972.3 or any of the city codes with out the 0 if you are dialing a cell phone the area codes for that are 050. 052. 054 and so on you would dial it as follows 011.972.50 or 52 or 54 depending on the number and then the seven digit number. hope it helps. Area cod is:/ 00-972/, then cod of city/for example Jerusalem-2/ if You call to regular telephon; if You call cellphon, then dial/00972/,then number without first 0. xx(your international phone server>972 is de area code, the northest part to t.aviv ,if by example you have a haifa number like 04888888 you dial XX9724888888 . t.aviv is 3 jerusalem 2 and the rest is 8. |
