Israel has no right to be. Israel is a disgrace to the world. Israel has no claim to "allow" palestinians to work in their own land.
Probably not, but then again I don't really understand what you're asking.
Listen my friend - obviously you have no idea about what the Arab-Israeli conflict is all about and you also don't know what's goin' on overthere today.
Let me tell you just this -
First, Palestinians DO work in Israel today. Both Israeli-arabic and those who live in territories.
Second, in the past the majority of the palestinians worked in Israel and could get a job almost everywhere, without substantial limitation of crossing to Israel. What happened is that they began to use their job permissions to get to Israel and kill innocent people. As a result, Israel had to harden its rules for gettin the permissions. Still it was not enough has the terrorists were gettin smarter and smuggled themselves in car baggages, trucks, etc, as well as transporting ammunitions. So Israel had to cut down even more on the permission and allowed only older people with family or for women to go to work in Israel. The terror contionued and also women became suicide bombers. So they have to check every one who crosses. But that takes a long time and generates enormous cues, so the pali's are whining that the cross stations are inhuman, even tough its their fault for lettin the terroirsts to pass within them. And also they have tried and managed several times to expolde the crossing stations through explosive trucks or diggin tunnels underneath. They also repetitively tried or managed to kill the soldires in the border stations.
So now my friend, what do you suppose any normal state would have done to protect her civilians and army? let the palestinians cross as they will after having such a bad experience? Any honest man would say no.
So today the borders are very carefully monitered and the traffic is sometimes has to be shut off. Very unlike the times before the intifada when people could cross to Israel and work to feed their families. Nothing good has come so far for the pali's by using terror as means for "getting their own state".
BTW, the palestinians are still using their permits under "humanitarian reasons" to promote terror:

If you mean to live in one state? Yes if the country have a constitution to protect all its citizens. Israel so far have no constitution and Israeli democracy is Ali Papa Democracy.
I believe that such situation is possible only after signing the treaties.

And I really hope that I'll get to see this day.
