Travel Info IS marijuana legal in Israel??? What about the drinking age? Travel Tips marijuana cannot be fully legal in any country (international treaties prevent it) however in many countries it is tolerated to sell small quantities and possession is allowed (eg Holland) and in many more countries possesion remains illegal but small quantities does not result in arrest (eg Switzerland,UK,Spain) the legal drinking age in 99% of countries where alcohol is legal is 18, the only exceptions I know of are : USA (21) and Thailand (20).
