You should go to A kibbutz ,you can work ,live rent free,eat etc,still be close to Tel Aviv,Look at Kibbutz Givat Brenner.I lived there in 1979

You have to ask them when you get to Tel Aviv. It's nice out there you will like it.
You can't work in Israel without a Visa.
