Hows the life in gaza strip and west bank?

I am doing my project on Isreal and surrounding regions.I know the whole history of israel (the 1967 war and the egypt war later).The main thing i want to know is that the people living in gaza or west bank are they considered as isrealieans(not phelistenis obviously as thats just for the repersentational purpose only) are they allowed to vist Tel aviv or jeruselum without passport and visas.Do these people visit Egypt and jordan respectively in the similar manner.What is their actual nationality and what do they do for their living?
