I lived there for a while and I LOVED it.

The only negative, for me, was the fear and tension when suicide bombers would make it through and cause mayhem in Tel Aviv, for example.

Apart from that, it was fabulous. I found the people very warm and friendly, and so hospitable. And there was a real sense of community.

It is also a stunningly beautiful country; and so steeped in history. I will never forget the time I spent there.

Full of racists and hypocrites as normal I expect. Ask them how they define a "barrage" of rockets (is it more than one a day?)
Israel is a war-zone country there is a war of Independence going on between the Native people and the new immigrants who moved from other places to Palestine.
