Travel Tips Well......this is under the travel section and since practically no one is going to be travelling to Iraq in the forseeable future then I guess there is no need (I'm Iraqi by the way, I'd love a section but I know there's no point in making one!). This is like an American site and they don't really see Palestine as a country so I guess that's why they aren't in this category.....and maybe they think that Iran is not a popular travel destination? Others what is the list? I am sure if you wrote to Yahoo Answers, they would consider opening up some new categories. from list of what their father is strong and rich i me mean america I would guess that "Palestin" does not appear in the YA list is simply that there is no such place with that name. Nor is there a place called "Palestine." There had been such a place, but in 1948 it was partitioned into a Jewish state (to be called Israel) and an Arab state. However, the neighboring Arab states were not interested in having an independent Arab state in what had been Palestine, so they conquered it and occupied it. Thus, there is no state today called Palestine. But there are 22 Arab states already, and 60 Muslim states, so you can travel to any of those. Hope that helps. . With regards Iraq and Iran, my guess is everything is demand based. Since there aren't that many people demanding a travel section for those places, there's no need to create a section. As for Palestine, it currently doesn't exist, regardless of anyone's political orientation. Until such a day is upon us, I assume there won't be such a section. they are not in the list .. 'cause usa use the veto thing to help israel!! |
