Yeah good for them. Spy satellites are a neccessity for any country that has to worry about foreign attacks. They are a cornerstone of international intelligence, and an absolute neccessity in this day and age.

Again, what's your point, nearly every country has some sort of spy sattelite nowadays or access to one. Israel is only replacing an older piece of equipment.
