How come the media never shows the friendship between Israelis and Palestinians? They are half brothers.

thats why i think that u shouldnt believe everything u see on the media... they usually exaggerate everything and or make thinks up and it is more then likely that they are not showing the good things..

There is some friendship and cooperation, but I think the sibling rivalry is out in full force.
Because they would have nothing to talk about and it wouldn't help rpomote the war. There are lots of Jews that get on well with Arabs, and are even amrried to them, but you will never hear about any good that goes on, they want to continue to spread hate. Look at George G's answers and see what people say to him, poor fellow!

And before the 1948 War Of Independence, when Israel was fighting for survival, Muslims and Jews lived side by side in cities like Haifa, and various others.

It is tragic that Jews and Muslims are so estranged from each other, but I don't envisage the situation improving... We can always hope, though!
Because of groups like AIPAC & ZOA ... they do not allow any positive news about Palestinians to be reported here in America. There are many moderate Palestnians who just wish to live & work without the violence, the check points & the segregation. Groups like Hamas trying to run the show will never gain the Palestinians anything but more misery.
