You have a better chance of getting it in with your checked luggage. if you try to bring it in a carry on, they will take it away. Even with the checked luggage, there is still a chance that it will be taken. I would bring a few bottles, but I think I would leave the good stuff at home. Check out the message board on cruisecritic.com there are alot of threads dedicated to sneaking booze aboard.
