Migrate to mexico from Australia?

I cannot find reliable information regarding visas and requirements to obtain them, in order to get legal migration status from Australia to Mexico, area Zihuanatejo-Ixtapa. The consulate in Melbourne is closed and the Embassy does not have a website.

Australians as tourists won't need visa, only a passport and to write a form that is given in the plane entering to Mexico.
If you come here to work you will have to ask for a permission and to show you will be working for a company in Mexico and fill something called FM3 of FM2.
