Travel Tips Search the internet or call a real estate agent :-) Others just buy the condo in jamaica and your done. jamaica is a very good island- it is beautiful etc. I don't know about the other island but here are a couple sites with real estate for sale: http://www.vlarealtors.com http://www.sangstersrealty.com You need to get that information from a real estate company in the islands you are interested in. It will be difficult to compare condos in different islands. It's like comparing an apple to a orange. Properties in some islands for the same square footage could be $200,000 more. You need to compare condos prices in the same area of Jamaica to get a true comparsion. Good Luck s Dunno but if you need someone to accompany you while looking at properties in Ja' I'm volunteering :)) Go ahead and buy you condo.you will enjoy living in Jamaica. The areas are what make a different, if you give me some more information i will sent you places and prices that's what my dad do specialize in selling beautiful condos. |
