Any Jamaicans are here? What do you think about Cash Plus? |
Travel Info let me here your views Travel Tips I have a friend who has joined Cash Plus. To sing up you need a referral letter from someone who is already a member. you take that letter and the amount that you want to invest with them in the form of a Manager's Cheque. You visit there office which is in New Kingston. The lines are very long and be prepared to spend the entire day before getting to see one of their Specialist. What they promise is 10% per month on your investment, minimum investment is $100,000. ie. you will get $10,000 each month on your principal. Ypou have the option to take the interest each month of have it roll-over on the principal. what that means is that after month one you will have $110,000 invested if you dont take the interest. After month 2, you will get interest of $11,000 (10% of 110,000) so you will have $121,000 after 2 months. Word of caution, make sure that the month that you invest in Cash Plus is not an amount that will drive you crazy in the event that the company fails. Others Yes i am here but i have not lived there for a while so I don't know what cash plus is. Your question is not clear for answer. What is Cash Plus? Cash Plus...what the heck is that ?!? isn't cash plus supposed to be that company that is under review by the financial services commission? they have so many things going on-so yes, there is a possibilty you would get returns. after all they have that megafone thing, plus all those housing developments, and I think they were responsible for tvj's win win programme, and they also bought a hotel . I would say if they arent to shady they are destined for great things. Well the story is still out on this one,as i was reading an article in the Observer paper's [ Column ] a bout it,and so far more question are raised than answered, yes its a good scheme,10% a month who could refuse such an investment offer on their capital/investment. But! not all that glitters is goal, What if their is a default on payment how would I avoid a rush,by other concern investor's in the sheme, yes i understand that the company would allow me to hold assets that belong to it, [ "which they seem to have more than enough!" ] ,but i can't afford my my hard earned money/cash to be held up like that. It claims that the reason why it dose such business, that banks are slower to lend and if they do,its not enough,so this rout even though expensive,is alot more accommodating to its financial system/business. The thing i dont like though is that it is using short term money and long term investments at a speculative risk, and may be a realistic one, dangerously! But i see were http://www.jamaicaobserver.com/magazines... Olint was involved in a swift raid by the Finance Department, hit their head quarters, confiscated alot of money and investor's/people were compensated/ paid out in full, after the incident, now in stead of it being knock out of business its now located its self in the Turks and Caicos islands, were it is now doing even better, what a bam bam,i wonder how are they reacting to this. But anyhow this one was involved in the FX trading and also offered 10 % monthly for returns on money. Well as i have come to think about it, I think i will take a shot, with a little [ "1000-2000 US dallors, which is the minimum required for most Jamaican investment sheme/companies" ] at first and if i make my money back, hmmm i may be hooked!!!!!. well there comes some more sleepless nights,LOL. But lets wait and see. Exp. This is how i look at it after reading this and many other research, info. here a link to one of them.http://www.jamaicaobserver.com/magazines... |
