if you are already booked at a hotel in ocho rios they will have someone waiting at the airport for you. The only way to get there is by road, but it wont be a boring drive as there are lots of beautiful places to see on the way there. for more info try www.visitjamaica.com

Rent a couple of Mopeds and drive up the coast.
There is only one way from Montego Bay to Ocho Rios and that is along the coast line. Breath taking. Will you be renting a car? Hey part of a fabulous vacation is exploring the interior of the country along the coast.
there's only one way to get to Ocho Rios from Montego Bay. The main road that follows the coastline to the east. If you are staying at some resort they should provide transportation for you.

The best way to find that out is to speak to someone at the airport when you land or ask someone who lives there for directions.
You have a couple of options. You can take the bus your resort will provide or I believe Tim Air still flies to Ocho Rios. Go to TimAir.com and see if they still fly there from Mo Bay. The drive is almost two hours, but the flight is only 20 minutes or so!!
