Whats the best resort to go to in Jamaica for a bunch of single girls (ages 22-26)??? |
Travel Info travelling in March Travel Tips Depends on what kind of options you want... Do you want to have a swinging time? If so, any of the larger resorts such as Hedonism or Sandals would be good. Or would you rather be shielded from excessive male attention? If so, a small, family run resort or B&B would be better. Be careful in Jamaica, American girls are perceived to be loose and easy. You're likely to receive many propositions daily. If this is your cup of tea, go for it, but be sure and use protection. Also be aware that many men refuse to use protection, pulling it off when they think you're not looking, and that it can sometime break or fail. If you'd rather not be harrassed by every Tom Dick and RentaDred, choose a small family-run resort, and dress like the local women do, wearing long skirts and maybe a hat or head scarf. Source(s): Been there, done that Other Travel Tips Hedonism! go outside of the resort I would say Negril. Personally I don't like the big resorts but Negril is fun for young people. (my husband and I are 24 and 26). Stay somewhere on the 7 mile beach or around the cliffs. Check out tripadvisor.com. Been there Not to many great places in the Caribbean let alone Jamaica for singles. But, I would reccomend checking out Riu Negril, I was there right after it opened and there were singles there. The price is right, the food and the grounds are very nice as well. A couple other places to look into include, the holiday inn sunspree and the wyndham rosehall. Whatever u do, do not go to Sandals it is for couples |
