Cofee Jelly? |
Travel Info I went to japan and my homestays gave me (not homemade) coffee jelly ^^ So good. It was in this shape http://www.coppschool.lancsngfl.ac.uk/cl... heh. But it was almost like a mousse. Does anyone know the manufacturer of this or has a good picture? Hope someone can help... thanks! Travel Tips Mmm...yummy...coffee jelly....I love that stuff but the kind I've had looks more like actual jello then mousse. I've lived in Japan now for the past four years. Was the kind they gave you sweet or bitter? Generally the ones I have had have been very bitter, but sugar or whipped cream is provided. While you were there did you try sweet potato ice cream, what about matcha (green tea ice cream)? Sweet potato is wonderful in my opinion, but matcha takes some getting use to.
