If you mean the slang for nasal secrets...hmm...hanakuso is the word...
If you mean the monster, just like that big guy from Monster inc. in Japan there isn't such a monster. Their monsters are more like sleazy, dark gloomy, more of the afterlife type and the marine type.
If you meant the slang , something like looser, it would be makeinu or nasakenai yatsu...
