What is the cheapest way to send belongings to Canada (Calgary) from Japan?

Travel Info
I don't care that it takes long as long as it's cheap and gets right to my city, Calgary.

Travel Tips
EMS is a bit expensive but it gets to the destinatation safely. I know you want cheap but also consider safe....

As long as the items are not to large or heavy use the Post Office. They do large packages.
Unless you are sending over a huge amount of belongings, the 'Land' service through the Post Office is about as cheap as it gets. There is a service that costs around $750-1000 to get a 4m x 4m space in a shipping container, but you'll need to pick it up at the freight depot, rather than it showing up at home.
try post office..2 weeks. door to door .you have to weigh your belongings 2 kilos each box..cheaper than having 4 kilos in one box.for .triple charge..check all the shipping regulations before sending your belongings..
I found its more cheaper to send belongings there than other countries..
