Does anyone know who won the 30 kids 31 legs race in japan for 2006?

the finals was between Fukuoka and Okinawa but the show was pre-empted before it showed who won, okinawa ran it in 9:47 and they did not show how fast Fukuoka ran it?? I am dying to know, its buggin me LOL
