In any case you'll need to get on the Keiyo line or the Musashino line going to Maihama. The best way is to take the Yurakucho subway line to Shin-Kiba and then take the train to Maihama. Total trip 45 minutes. Total cost 380 yen. The next way is to take the Saikyo/Rinkai line from Ikebukuro to Shin-Kiba. From there take the train to Maihama. - Total trip 45 minutes. Total cost is 720 yen. Another way is to take the Marunouchi subway line to Tokyo. Again take the Keiyo/Musashino line to Maihama. Total time 45 minutes. Total cost 400 yen.
