Travel Info Would you ever recomened moving to Japan? Cause I wanna move there.? Travel Tips I have lived here awhile and am for the most part I am happy, but in total honesty, I have had my ups and downs. I have dated Japanese (and am married to one), worked for Japanese companies, studied Japanese and have Japanese friends and in-laws, have been in Japanese hospitals and have children in the Japanese system, drive in Japan and have traveled all over and there are good points and bad points as anywhere else. It think most people who stay here temporarily pretty much enjoy their time here, but those who are here for life (like me) sometimes wonder what the heck we got ourselves into! But really, it is certainly a fair place to live! Others As I never been there I couldn't say. But from what I have heard, if you can speak Japanese, the place sure would be fun to live in. The nightlife, the technology, the fun! I live in Japan, and I'm having the time of my life!!! I'm living here becase work pays becasue it's kinda expesive but if you have the money and the time to work go ahead!! There's looooots of places to travel you alone or if you have kids or if you have a girlfried!! There's everything!! Even if you don't know Japanese you can have loooots of fun! I don't know Japanese. There are lots of places that ppl speak English. There's also the Tokyo American Club that is really good! I'm learning Japanese but i can live here without it!! It's a great idea to move here, maybe I'll meet you here someday! I agree. The main reason for me to recommend Japan is Japan is very safe since the crime rate is too low in Japan. Things in Japan are expensive, so do save your money before moving there. Japanese are also kind and respect to everyone they meet. No matter who we are, they are so willing to help us. It is also a pretty, clean and advanced country, it worth a lot if you decided to move there. You can get the newest video game console in Japan instead of waiting for the release date in other countries. People who live in Japan or used to live there really had a great time in Japan. I still never heard of any bad review from those who moved to Japan. Yep, very nice I couldnt explain it better than what ( beth in Japan) did. That is exactly the position i am in. At times i ask my self what and why i am here. Most people especially those who stay for a short period of time see most of the upside, I have seen both. I still think that the upside outweights the downside. But the thing i like most about in Japan is the peacefulness and safeness. I do NOT recommend moving to Japan. Ppl don't speak English, Japan is homogeneous nation, you will feel lonely. foods are different from your country, strick to rules very much, Japanese joke is different from yours, etc etc. Please don't come...oops....I do not recommend it (did you get this joke?) |
