About shamisen and where could I purchase one? |
Travel Info I've gotten into shamisen, a three stringed japanese instrument. However, I cannot find anywhere that sells shamisen. Oh, and I know there are three kinds of shamisens. What kind is used by Yoshida Brothers? Travel Tips Yoshida brothers use Tsugaru Shamisen, which is usually louder then the others. They say it is because Tsugaru, a region in Northern Japan is famous with its snow storms, and they needed an instrument louder than these storms.
