Travel Info Is it harder to break into the acting and modeling industry in Japan, China, or America? Travel Tips You will be able to earn money with acting and modeling job in Japan for a while. However, you won't be able to be famous if you do not speak Japanese. There are some foreigners who is already famous in Japan, and all of them speak Japanese fluently. They have been living in Japan for long time already. Famous and lasting entertainers on the media speak Chinese fluently. http://www.dashan.com/en/index.htm... Others Well, if you can equally speak all 3 languages, I don't think it matters. It really matters on your connections and your ability to act. I think it is very hard to break into acting and modeling anywhere in those countries,consider you are pretty and got a body of venus,long legs still not enough,but if you got connection then everything half way there then,because those career you need connection and sponsor or sometime cost a bit also,if you know what i mean?and you need luck always in life too! I think the most difficult would be America. I don't know about China. I did a lot of modeling work for fashion magazines and CMs in Japan, it was relatively easy to get these jobs. Just find an agency (Tokyo, Roppongi area is good) and take your portfolio! I think modeling might be easy in China. America, it's a bit difficult. The easiest places to start are voice acting and commercials. Not sure about Japan. Acting, America seems like it would be difficult from the horror stories I have heard from friends, and there are so many con artists that pose as talent agencies. China, if you can speak Chinese and have a good appearance, I guess you could. Japan, again not sure. I would imagine their music industry is the best place to start if you have any such talent. As long as you work hard it doesn't matter, of course have faith and do what you do good. |
