Wow people were very unhelpful and sarcastic here, not cool!

There are ninjistu schools in America, although I don't think they would be very prestigious. I am pretty sure as stated above any martial arts school in Japan that teaches ninjistu would be very difficult to enter into (it might be even more difficult for a foreginer!)

You can't be serious??? From your previous questions your only 14 years old. I think you watch too much Naruto. I think you should learn some Japanese first. Wait til your 18 years old or maybe you can apply to as a foreign exchange student if your still interested by then. This is probably just a phase for you anyways. Remember its not cheap to live in Japan.
Be a Japanese born 200 years ago helps. They no longer exist. Except in video games and movies...
You can go to Iga-Ueno and learn to become a touristy-ninja displaying your skills to a paying public.
