Why do you want to teach english in Japan?

Travel Tips
It is a fun career. I taught English in Japan and enjoyed it so much that I am still teaching here in the US. I enjoyed teaching, especially adults.

Japan is an interesting place. Many sites. Nice people. Great food. Convenient transportation. Fun nightlife. My list can go on and on.

Teaching there was one of the best experiences I ever had.

Cause Japan is fascinating! Completely different from where I live in almost every way! It would be a wonderful opportunity!
i am not teaching english, but i guess people want to teach here just because of the money.

I think because Japanese are polite, good manners, always shy and friendly. Everywhere in Japan are clean, safety, modern ,keep their traditional stuff and culture completely. Many interesting things can see.
Although living standard is expensive but teaching in Japan for foreigners is a good experience.
What do you mean TEACHING ENGLISH or being in JAPAN.I do both and in my case Im Dutch so being a non-native speaker its hard to find any other suitable job besides being a hostess which is dangerous but hey a British ENglish teacher got murdered here.....dangerous aswell, yes I know there a lot of creeps here......but it pays the rent and for some it provides a visa.I have a Half-japanese child so I quess i will be teaching HERE for a while but I like it,not the adult-students but the KIDS are GREAT,REALLY.Are you thinking of teaching here or what.Your question was kinda SHORT.
well thst they can learn english and sometime u can get paid with a lot of money if the person u are teaching is rich.
