I heard that kansas city will a part of the super highway

Do they mean Kansas City, MO or Kansas City, KS

Well, congrats for realizing that they're 2 different cities, and that our metro area covers 2 states, MO and KS.

I just asked my husband, who reads all local papers, plus USA Today, NY Times, Washington Post on a near daily basis. He's heard NOTHING about any Super Highway. The big highway debate in Missouri now is what to do with I-70 between KC and St. Louis. One solution that keeps getting passed around is to build a toll road between the 2 cities, that will run a few miles either north or south of I-70 currently, so maybe that's what you've heard about.
