Mission Hills,KS and the area just over the state line on the Mssourii side is where all the old money wealthy people live most of the most expensive Real Estate and Mansions are located.Also there is pockets of high rent districts all over the metro area Such as Hallbrook and Loch LLoyd in South Kansas City, Houston Lake Near Riverside,MO Lakewood in Lees Summit and Various subdivisions in Johnson County Kansas.

Probably in the metro area. Real estate goes for more and is older there. Urban areas away from there are not as rich.
