Westport area has a lot of bars, so you could barhop. If you want to go realy "clubbing," go to the downtown area. Club NV is alright, but not fantastic by ANY stretch of the imagination. There is a club on the Plaza (whose name escapes me right now) that is FANTASTIC! There are a few clubs on the outskirts of Westport/Plaza area (in TRUE midtown KC) that are great because nobody really knows they exist and there is a certain "crowd" that goes there.

I really liked Tootsies when it was opened. I've heard that it's shut down, but I haven't been in so long that I don't know for sure. It's a gay club, but it was great because (being a married person) I didn't have to worry about people hitting on me all of the time.

Well I am from Cali I tell you the whole club scene is way diffrent here compared to what I am use to from the sunset strip in Hollywood,Ca that has alot of clubs from rock to hip hop jazz whatever..... so that being said I think out of the cubs I have been to here the one I seem to like most is Club NV Westports Karma is a good chill zone with great musik on Sat Nights...its a bar and grill cool atmosphere tho!

Blonde is a good one, they have a dresscode tho..no sneakers, t-shirts, or baseball hats (its a nice club, with dancing and all that).

Westport has some good bars, i wouldnt call them clubs tho. Kelly's, Harry's Uptown (martini bar), Harpo's (sports bar)...Cactus Cafe is a nightclub, with a huge dance floor. All those are right next to each other.

Harrah's casino has a cool nightclub in it.
