The base is slow to get around on, so you might even leave an extra 20 minutes wiggle-room and if you don't have a pass you will also need more time to get on base. Ft Leavenworth is at the far north ends of Leavenworth and you have to go through town, so it takes a while to get through town. It's a 30 minute drive. Trust me. I live within minutes away from both places. It takes me 20 minutes to drive to Overland Park from where I live, and 30 minutes to get to Leavenworth. |
