Travel Info What is there to do for fun in the Kansas City Metro Area? Travel Tips Legends in KCK, Zona Rosa and the Plaza in KCMO, Towne Center in Overland Park... lots of good shopping. Outdoor activities? Hiking, biking, and some good lakes in the area. Chiefs games, Royals, T-Bones (minor league baseball), Kansas Speedway, and a couple of nice lakes nearby for watersports and fishing. Restaurants? Best barbecue in the world! YOu could eat at a different Q joint every day and eat at a different place for many, many months.
