What would you miss the most about kansas city? |
Travel Info I have lived in Kansas City for 8 1/2 years... and LOVE it! Its probably the best place I have lived (ohio and south carolina). Anyway, I just found out my dad is probably getting transfered this summer... if you had to move - what would you miss the most? Travel Tips since I recently moved away from KC I will tell you what I miss. -The fountains -Plaza -Westport- Shopping and night life -Great BBQ -A small city feel big city accomidations -Gary Lezak and his dogs windy and stormy -Oak Park Mall -A scussessful Footbal Team -Ice Skating at Crown Center -the plaza Lighting -Those cool Art things stuck on the metal poles in Downtown KC. -First Fridays -Bob Jones Shoes - walking on 39th street on a sunny day -THe jazz District. -Farmers market. And sooo much more! Source(s): I lived there for 7 years now I live in IL, in the middle of no where and I would move back to KC in a heart beat. Other Travel Tips Those wonderful steaks. The knucklehead crew on 610 Sports. They keep me laughing and at times they know how to be serious! There's the passion for Chiefs football that has been unmistakable too. It's great. The jazz and blues. KC has some of the best in the country!! What's even better is that most of the great musicians we have in this city and genuinely nice and caring people (and believe me, I've met quite a few). Our music scene is one of the best in the country with some of the nicest people. Kansas City has some of the most genuinely nice people in the country, which is what makes a city.
