Travel Info What is your Favorite thing to do in Kansas City, Mo? Travel Tips I have to move away -- I am so sad!! My favorite things to do: go to the legends and shop all day then go to a concert at verizon. ice-skate at crown center. go to the zoo or see an imax movie. spend a day at the plaza -- lunch.. shop.. dinner and carraige ride? worlds of fun and oceans of fun. nelson atkins art museum. walk around loose park or have a picnic there. drive around the old neighborhoods and look at the cool houes (ie.. brookside, hyde park, old leawood etc.). go golfing! The list is endless... there is so much to and not enough time! I will miss KC so much! I get to come back like weekend or every other weekend tho :) What is your favorite thing to do in kansas city? Others Watch paint dry Plan for a picnic at Swope Park Zoo. Visit/Shop at The Plaza Try your luck at the Casino There's tons of stuff to do there! At the Crown Center they've got stuff going on almost every day. Union Station is pretty fun, and the iMax theatre. Wandering around is really the best way to find stuff. You never know what's happening, and you stumble across some really cool events. I'd start with Crown Center, though. ^_^ Worlds of Fun, the Zoo, the Kemper Art Gallery (free admission), the Nelson Atkins Art Gallery, and the first Friday of every month they have free art at the Crossroads District (between 15th & 20th street downtown). Royals baseball, concerts at Verizon Wireless Amphitheater and the plaza worlds of fun shopping at Zonarosa. and the zoo for the kiddo's |
