I don't know of any specific courses or schools, but you could probably contact the tourist hotels in the area and see if they know of anything.

Also, if you just make some friends who speak Swahili and you buy a book for learning, you could just ask your friends any questions and they could explain it to you. I found that to be really helpful, plus you can speak with them and you'll learn it faster.
