Getting a visa in Kenya is not a big problem. You can obtain a visa to Kenya by visiting the Kenya's embassy or consulate in your country. You also get the Visa Upon arrival in Kenya's International airport. You are required to a valid passport atleast 6 months old. The current charges for the Visa is US$ 50. A visa will cost $50 US at the airport. It's quick and painless to get it there. You may pay for the Visa in US dollars, but when shopping it is best to use shillings (and know what they are worth) or you will likely get ripped off. To exchange your US dollars for shillings you should bring $20 bills that are new looking and dated after 2004. Many money exchange places and banks will not accept tattered and/or old bills.
