From my point of view.i would not call for the govt to negotiate with this mungiki group,as in the gov is in power and has the right to provide security to a common kenyan under all means.so i dont see why the gov should have a dialogue with the mungiki unless its away of trying to know who they are, so as they can get rid of them in the society.As kenyan citizens,everybody is entitled to enjoy the fruits of their labor and no man has the right to behead/skin his or her neigbour or even make them have sleepless nights.What would happen if other groups like "mungiki" were formed?would the gov keep on negotiating?I think this can be a sign of weakness.
