Travel Info I want to get the best view of the annual migration of animals that happens between june-august. The move from serengity to masa marai Travel Tips Iv seenboth and Masai mara is the best at ANY time. Others Ohhh gosh kenya masa mara by far!! Me and my fiance went 2 years ago and it was great!! We did a 3 day stay out there and every morning we went out for the whole day looking for lions, cheetah, elephants, everything!! If your luckier enough to go when the lions have cubs the drivers even go out their way to go find them!! You can hang out the jeeps windows and stand up looking out the roof... literally hanging out the windows when i went, the male lion actually brushed past me as he walked past... i was so eager to get pics i didn't even think about getting eaten!!!! You will love it!! x masa marai any time hi im from kenya the best time is june july and visit maasai mara I was in the Mara yesterday, and am leaving tomorrow for another trip there. I couldn't get enough of it for the five day game drive I had taken. Now am planning a longer trip. Trust me, you won't believe it. Am a Kenyan living in Kenya, but still can't get tired of the sceneries! The Serengeti is no match, not anywhere near Masai Mara. I have been in both parks myself, but I would choose Mara any day. Want more? The Serengeti and the Mara are pretty much the same thing, the only difference is the Kenyan-Tanzania border. I've been to the Mara and it was cool but I think you will see the same animals either way |
