Try either Malaysia Airlines or Thai Airways. They charge about S$610 and S$550 respectively. However, there will be a stopover at their respective airport (KL and BKK respectively) before flying to Seoul.
Korean Air charges about S$1,055 for a direct flight from S'pore to Seoul, whereas Singapore Airlines charges S$1,100 for a direct flight. Note that all rates stated herein do not include taxes.

Hello! I would take Korea Air. Yes, it's true that they are a bit spendy, but what a difference from Crappy Northwest airlines. I just got back from Seoul, Korea yesterday, and I had a blast. Korea Air also has a lot of extras..such as every seat having it's own TV monitor that plays many of the new movies out in the theaters, and also has music and video games. Free booze in economy class! Also they have very friendly (and attractive workers). The food is better than normal, and they feed you constantly. They even give you toothpaste/brush, flashlight, socks, along with a clean wrapped blanket and pillow.
