The first question I wouidl say yes it will be sold in korea and the second question as stated above depends on your phone plan. Most phones will dial international calls without an international plan if you dont have one. Beware the charges are insane! More than a dollar a minute (unfortunatly this is my personal experience) Some companies let you sign up for a monthly fee and then offer "discounted" rates internationally for verizon (I wish my contract was ending soon, such a dsisatisfied customer) they charge $3.99 a month and 20 cents a minute to Seoul. I highly recommend an internet phone Vonage is the best thing ever and so cheap!
